More Than a Donation
Sponsoring the MCHS Marching Band is an investment in youth, arts education, leadership, and community. It's also a unique opportunity for local and national visibility — sponsors are recognized at high-profile performances seen by thousands, including the BOA Championships.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all contributions to the MCHS Band Boosters are fully tax-deductible.
Corporate Investment Program
Investment Levels
Four premier corporate levels plus three alternate levels. All sponsorships are reevaluated annually.
Maestro — $20,000+
Only 2 available. The highest tier — puts your business in the spotlight as the top supporter of the season. Includes stage announcement, Band Tower ad, dinner with the Director, and more.
Composer — $10,000–$19,999
Only 5 available. Helps provide uniforms, shoes, flags, and props. Includes Community Show announcement, Band Tower ad, dinner with the Director, and more.
Drum Major — $5,000–$9,999
Covers travel to a single competition. Includes Band Tower ad, opportunity to conduct the band, show shirt logo placement, and Facebook recognition.
Section Leader — $2,500
Helps keep a section on their feet. Includes Band Tower ad, website listing, Facebook recognition, and 2 complimentary show shirts.
Color Guard Captain — $1,000
Helps provide materials for the beautiful flags that enhance the band's visual performance. Includes Band Tower ad and website listing.
Marching Band Member — $800
Sponsor a student who couldn't otherwise participate — covering uniform, shoes, and food during camp and performances.
Cheering Section — $600
Help fuel buses, instrument repairs, uniforms, meals, and student scholarships for the season. Includes Band Tower ad and website listing.
