Financial Commitment
Every Student Belongs on That Field.
The Madison Central Band Boosters recognize that financial obligations can create real difficulties for families. We never want money to be the reason a student can't participate.

All families are asked to complete the MCHS Marching Band Contribution Commitment Form — this is also where you apply for hardship assistance. Within the form, you'll have the option to indicate that you're unable to fulfill the standard contribution and would like to request assistance. From there, the Band Director and Boosters leadership will follow up with you confidentially to find a solution that works for your family.

Payment Options
Standard Schedule
The contributions for the 2026 Marching Band Season total $850, covering uniforms, lodging, meals, transportation, and other show expenses.

Payments are structured to cover early season costs first — earlier installments are larger to secure uniforms and band camp, with amounts decreasing as the season progresses. We encourage all families to pay through Presto Assistant for the fastest and most convenient experience.

*Pay in full by May 30 and receive a $50 discount — reducing your total to $800.
