Madison Central Marching Band Contributions

  • I hereby agree to payments totaling $850* for the 2025 Marching Band Season according to the following detailed contribution schedule. May 15 $250 July 1 $200 August $200 September $100 October $100 Total – $850 *$50 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT if paid in full by May 15. Total $800 if paid in full by May 15.
  • Please sign and return this Contribution Agreement along with the scheduled payment. This completed agreement signifies contributions are due by the dates indicated above.

    There is a sibling discount available of 50% to families with a second student.
